# I’m not receiving my verification code. What should I do?

Start by checking your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally end up there. The title line will read: “Your Skift verification code.” If your organization uses email filtering or a quarantine system (common at large corporations) the email may be withheld from your inbox. In that case, please contact [support.skift.com](http://support.skift.com/) for further assistance.
